A down payment (20% of the order value) is required with the order. The rest can be paid in cash on collection/delivery of the trailer or by bank transfer before delivery. Delivery of the trailer takes place within 2-3 weeks after the advance payment has been credited.
We await payment for up to 5 working days. After this time, the order is considered obsolete.
In order to process your order, we need the following information from you: Name or company name (with VAT number), billing address, delivery address, telephone number.
All foreign customers from the EU who have a valid European tax identification number can purchase our trailers net without VAT. However, an advance payment must be made. If you don’t make a down payment, you will have to pay a VAT deposit. Once the trailer has been registered, we can give you a refundable VAT deposit.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
The following payment methods are commonly available in our shop:
1. ONLINE BANK TRANSFER
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation or a proforma invoice with your bank details from us by e-mail. Only then you can transfer the advance payment. You can quote the pro forma invoice number as the reason for payment.

2. CASH PAYMENT ON DELIVERY
You can pay the invoice amount in cash on delivery. In the case of delivery, an advance payment must be made to our bank account. You can pay the remaining amount in cash.
3. PERSONAL COLLECTION
Ordered trailers can be picked up in person from our branches. Please contact our customer service office to make an appointment.
