General:

Placing an order in the Mazzo online shop is equivalent to accepting these terms and conditions.

All prices in Mazzo shop are net price (no tax included)

By default, we attach a receipt to the order, but we can issue a VAT invoice on request. Please enter the information of the company you want to invoice under "Invoice data".

A VAT invoice is issued for each trailer sold.

Orders:

·         To correctly place an order you must register. Registration is a one-time action. After registration, you must log in. After logging in you can place an order.

·         Orders are processed within 14 days. In exceptional situations, when the deadline is longer, we will contact you individually.

·         Orders for parts are sent by post or courier company INPOST. We send parcels by post only up to 1kg! Above this weight,  a courier service is sent. The goods can also be collected personally by prior arrangement. In the case of the assortment of larger sizes - only personal collection

·         Orders for trailers can be collected in person or we can deliver the trailer(s) to you with a transport company.

·         When choosing the second option, i.e. delivery, an advance payment of a minimum of 300 PLN is required.

Intra-Community sale 

The intra-Community supply of goods referred to in Article 5(1)(5) shall mean the departure of goods from the territory of the country in the performance of the activities referred to in Article 7 into the territory of a Member State other than the territory of the country, subject to paragraphs 2 to 8.

An intra-Community supply of goods shall arise where the person carrying out the supply is a taxable person referred to in Article 15 who has declared his intention to carry out intra-Community supplies of goods and has been registered as an EU VAT taxable person in accordance with Article 97, subject to paragraph 7.

Prior to the transaction, the EU VAT number shall be verified in the VIES system. In order to benefit from the 0% VAT rate on an intra-Community supply of goods, the purchaser must be a registered taxable person with a valid identification number for intra-Community transactions. This number is assigned by the relevant Member State and contains a two-letter code used for VAT. The purchaser must provide this number to the supplier (taxable person).

A prepayment to a bank account is required - the amount to be agreed with the vendor. 

Without an advance payment, a deposit in the amount of 23% VAT is required, which will be refunded after proving that the goods have been exported from Poland to the territory of an EU Member State.

An advance payment in an WDT transaction does not give rise to tax liability, so there is no obligation to issue an advance invoice. 

The seller is obliged to prove that the goods have been exported from Poland and it is the buyer's responsibility to provide the due evidence:

- return of the signed Declaration from the country of delivery,

- a photo of the registration certificate

- or CMR delivery document - which we receive from the carrier or freight forwarder responsible for the export of goods from the country, contain unequivocal information confirming that the goods have been delivered to their destination in the territory of a European Union member state.

Warranty

Goods sold by Mazzo are covered by a manufacturer's guarantee. The manufacturer determines the duration and conditions of the warranty.

Returns:

Within 14 days the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. In order to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us by completing the "Return Goods Form". The completed form should be sent to the company's address reklamacje@mazzo.pl. If the returned item is of diminished value (e.g. trailer registration,) mechanical damage or signs of use, the amount of the return will be reduced by additional costs. The buyer will be refunded the costs of shipping up to the amount corresponding to the cheapest shipping option available in the given offer. The costs of returning the items shall be borne by the buyer. In the case of returning bulky goods, increased delivery rates apply. Please also note that it is possible to return the item in person without being charged for delivery. Refunds will be made up to 14 days after receipt of the goods at Mazzo.

NOTE!

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts:

1. for the provision of services, if we have performed the service in full with your express consent;

2. in which the price of the Goods depends on fluctuations in the financial market, over which we have no control, and which may occur before the expiry of the deadline for withdrawal from the contract;

3. in which the subject matter of the performance is a non-refabricated item produced according to your specifications or serving to satisfy your individual needs;

4. in which the object of performance is a perishable item or an item with a short shelf life; 

5. in which the subject matter of the performance is a thing delivered in sealed packaging which cannot be returned after opening the packaging due to special protection of the goods, if the packaging has been opened after delivery;

6. in which the subject matter of the performance are things, which after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other things or it is not possible to disassemble them without damage,

7. in which the subject matter of the provision are sound or visual recordings or computer programs supplied in sealed packaging if the packaging has been opened after delivery;

8. the supply of digital content which is not recorded on a tangible medium if performance has begun, with your express consent, before the end of the period for withdrawal from the contract.
